Yesterday I was feeling a little weird and spacey, and when I got home, I thought it might be a good idea to take a nap. So I hit bed at 6:30 or so and slept through until 8 am this morning. Apparently I needed some sleep. I was thinking yesterday that I’ve been sleeping really soundly this week, but I’m feeling tired anyway. Maybe the sleeping soundly comes from not getting enough sleep? Perhaps? Maybe? Well I’m feeling pretty peppy this morning.
