Well, after a quick update, this site is now running on Movable Type 3.2. The whole process including backup took about 30 minutes. Not too shabby.
I’ll most likely be throwing an updated design up on TGB at some point. Something simpler and sparser, especially since pretty much everyone hits the site from an RSS reader anyway.
Got a dell 2405FPW for work now. I’m very happy. Of course four of my designers got them as well and were ecstatic. Great monitors. Had an HD die on me today for a machine I was imaging. Haven’t had that happen in a while.
In a geek fantasy world, I’ve been considering moving over to lighttp, and fastcgi. But There is enormous potential for breakage, and there’s nothing wrong with how the site is performing now. So I’ll just continue thinking about it for the time being.
