It’s just one thing after another after another.
The tales of government greed and stupidity weigh heavily on me. I find it interesting that in the same breath, homeland security is bringing on advisors from spyware.. oh sorry.. cough adware companies, and simultaneously dismissing known security flaws with RFID implementations they are planning for passports. Ever get the feeling that the US government isn’t really concerned about your privacy?
Thankfully the FCC is getting the big ‘ol smackdown on the broadcast flag from the court of appeals. It will take a few months before we know for sure if the broadcast flag is dead, but even if it is, the entertainment industry with probably just move the “hookers and coke” bus over to congressional hill instead of giving hand jobs to Michael Powell.
