So, a stupid kid streaks his graduation. Punishment? Up to 2 years, with a minimum of 6 months. Why? Because there were children there. God forbid that children see a naked man, doing nothing even remotely sexual. The world must be coming to an end. What kind of asshole sentences a kid to up to 2 years for something like this? It was a stupid prank. It’s called probation.

Drunk drivers in most states do not get any jail time for their first offense. And to get 6 months, let alone 2 years in jail often requires a second or third offense.

But some stupid kid streaking definitely deserves 2 years in jail… yeah.
