Guys. There’s a show called “Alaska Hauntings.” This is a real thing and it’s amazing.
Funny thing about Alaska: there aren’t that many people there. Also, they have a lot of public records online. Also, the house in the first episode was built on property my girlfriend’s grandparents homesteaded in Salcha.
As a result of the above, I know exactly the house they’re talking about, know when it was built, and the complete history of ownership. I also know a good bit about the land before there were any houses on it. Because I have become a public records ninja as a result of genealogy, I now also know a whole lot about all of the people involved in the episode.
All that being said, the first episode can probably be wrapped up in 3 words: carbon monoxide poisoning.
