This surprises you how? I get nervous every time I even see a cop in Mesa. Yesterday in our parking lot there were four police cruisers and a motorcycle cop, all there to pull over one car with two occupants. Mind you, it’s generally two officers per cruiser, so that’s NINE officers to pull over one car.
